Peace, Love & Macramé Shoot

Brisbane is known for its eclectic style and natural beauty. From the open air markets, secret festivals and powder white beaches to assorted hand-made treasures and mismatched decor, I adore the bohemian, off-beat style this part of the world has to offer. I aspired to create a vibrant shoot that combines a taste of Byron Bay style with the English woodland landscape, bringing the magical ‘summer of love’ feel to the forests of England.

A young, head-over-heels-in-love couple celebrate the end of their festival-filled summer with a vibrant, naturally-beautiful wedding in the forest. With hand-made macramé art work shipped from Byron itself, an ethereal, bohemian dress, eclectic décor details, plenty of lush blooms and a beautifully-knotted backdrop, this shoot represents the Bochic couple – a relaxed, fun-loving couple looking for an alternative way to celebrate their love.
